Lingnan’s endeavours on energy saving recognised

Lingnan University received the “Hanson Grand Award in the category of Post-secondary Education”, “Best Team Spirit Award across all categories” and “Appreciation Certificate in 4Ts Charter” at the award presentation ceremony of the Energy Saving Championship Scheme 2017 on 21 June organised by the Environment Bureau and Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
In the past few years, the University has implemented a number of energy saving measures and achieved a steady drop in the electricity consumption of about 3% in two consecutive years. The awards demonstrate the commitment of the Lingnan community in energy saving.
