13 Sep 2016

Mr Yenson She, a Social Sciences graduate in 2008, shared his fruitful university life at Lingnan University and the University of Cambridge at the “Tuesdays with Mentors” dinner talk on 13 September. By sharing of his stories at university and at work, he encouraged students to conquer difficulties, march forward and accomplish their dreams courageously.

During his study at Lingnan, Mr She was awarded “The Excellent Social Sciences Student Award” in recognition of his excellent academic achievement.  As a seasoned orator, he was once the chairman of Lingnan University Toastmasters Club and received a number of prizes on speech competitions.  In order to enrich his university life, he was eager to take part in a variety of student activities, including being MC of various events.

At the beginning of his university life, he entered Lingnan with doubt. After equipping himself up with all round development, he graduated with confidence and is proud of being a Lingnanian. He was very grateful for all the encouragement and advice of his professors and mentors who have inspired him to grab several vital chances in his life. He pursued his master degree at the University of Cambridge in 2014 and graduated last year.
