Medication is not the only health treatment when sound and music might also have a healing effect. But we may be curious how people perceive music in music therapy. In the meantime, what is music to us, and how we experience it? This seminar has invited a registered music therapist, Mr. Hugo Wong and he will elaborate these topics with experiential facilitation and case studies.

These cover prevalent youth challenges, self-awareness cultivation, key peer support skills, the essence of self-care, and guiding towards professional mental health resources. Incorporating methods like interactive presentations, role-playing, and case studies ensures an immersive learning journey.
